USP12P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP12P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,747 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP12P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MALAT1, POU5F2, and NCLP1. Each is linked with USP12P2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP12P2-to-partner and partner-to-USP12P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP12P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP12P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
