Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP12P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,142 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP12P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule polymerization, Regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay. Each is linked with USP12P1 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP12P1-to-partner and partner-to-USP12P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Microtubule polymerization grouped by USP12P1-low versus USP12P1-high in STAD.
