Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,867 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPH1, RPL6, and RPL7. Each is linked with USP12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP12-to-partner and partner-to-USP12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP12 versus HSPH1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
