USP12

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eIF4E, and eIF4G. Each is linked with USP12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP12-to-partner and partner-to-USP12 results are reported.
