USP12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,887 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are KPNA3, MTMR6, and ZC3H13. Each is linked with USP12 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP12-to-partner and partner-to-USP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP12 versus KPNA3 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
