Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 238 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR26, C10orf71, and SLC32A1. Each is linked with USP11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP11-to-partner and partner-to-USP11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR26 grouped by USP11-low versus USP11-high in OESOPHAGUS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
