USO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,897 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBA6, G3BP2, and ARFIP1. Each is linked with USO1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USO1-to-partner and partner-to-USO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USO1 versus UBA6 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→USO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
