Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,905 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MDN1, RTTN, and LSM14A. Each is linked with USO1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USO1-to-partner and partner-to-USO1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USO1 versus MDN1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→USO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
