USO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USO1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, Notch1, and FoxM1. Each is linked with USO1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USO1-to-partner and partner-to-USO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by USO1-low versus USO1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→USO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
