Across TCGA cell cohorts, USO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,145 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USO1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcytosis, Golgi organization, and Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with USO1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USO1-to-partner and partner-to-USO1 results are reported.
