USO1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,530 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1CC, RPL3, and C1QBP. Each is linked with USO1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USO1-to-partner and partner-to-USO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USO1 versus PPP1CC in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→USO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
