Across TCGA cell cohorts, USO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PATE4, CSH1, and OCSTAMP. Each is linked with USO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USO1-to-partner and partner-to-USO1 results are reported.
