Across TCGA patient cohorts, USH1C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,802 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USH1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSPH14, CCN4, and MEIS3. Each is linked with USH1C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USH1C-to-partner and partner-to-USH1C results are reported.
