Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USH1C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,860 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USH1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RANBP1, ITGB1BP1, and DRG1. Each is linked with USH1C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USH1C-to-partner and partner-to-USH1C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RANBP1 grouped by USH1C-low versus USH1C-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USH1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→USH1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
