Across TCGA patient cohorts, USH1C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USH1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with USH1C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USH1C-to-partner and partner-to-USH1C results are reported.
