The most reproducible USH1C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Equilibrioception, Fatty acid beta-oxidation, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with USH1C in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USH1C-to-partner and partner-to-USH1C results are reported.
