USH1C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USH1C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 122 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USH1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10T2, MMP27, and OR11H6. Each is linked with USH1C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USH1C-to-partner and partner-to-USH1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10T2 grouped by USH1C-low versus USH1C-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USH1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→USH1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
