Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,379 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF5, YY1AP1, and SETDB1. Each is linked with USF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USF1-to-partner and partner-to-USF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USF1 versus TAF5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→USF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
