USE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,953 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AKAP8, BRD4, and HNRNPM. Each is linked with USE1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USE1-to-partner and partner-to-USE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USE1 versus AKAP8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→USE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
