Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,071 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FRMD4B, APAF1, and PPIL4. Each is linked with USE1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USE1-to-partner and partner-to-USE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USE1 versus FRMD4B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→USE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
