Across TCGA patient cohorts, USE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 857 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P9, RNU6-74P, and RPL12P45. Each is linked with USE1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USE1-to-partner and partner-to-USE1 results are reported.
