Across TCGA patient cohorts, USE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, eIF4E, and eIF4G. Each is linked with USE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USE1-to-partner and partner-to-USE1 results are reported.
