Across TCGA cell cohorts, USE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,529 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pentose-phosphate shunt, oxidative branch, Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient, and Electron transport coupled proton transport. Each is linked with USE1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USE1-to-partner and partner-to-USE1 results are reported.
