USB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 370 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3621, RNU1-93P, and SBF1. Each is linked with USB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USB1-to-partner and partner-to-USB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3621 grouped by USB1-low versus USB1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→USB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
