UROD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UROD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,826 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UROD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OSBPL9, GPX8, and FXN. Each is linked with UROD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UROD-to-partner and partner-to-UROD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UROD versus OSBPL9 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UROD→partner) and Y-score (partner→UROD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
