Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UROD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,593 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UROD-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNIP1, PPIH, and GPBP1L1. Each is linked with UROD in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UROD-to-partner and partner-to-UROD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UROD versus SNIP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UROD→partner) and Y-score (partner→UROD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
