Across TCGA cell cohorts, UROD RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,971 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UROD-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF2B3, LSM10, and UTP11. Each is linked with UROD in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UROD-to-partner and partner-to-UROD results are reported.
