URM1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, URM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,584 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible URM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAB2IP, TOR1A, and NXPE3. Each is linked with URM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both URM1-to-partner and partner-to-URM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, URM1 versus DAB2IP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (URM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→URM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
