URI1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, URI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,149 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible URI1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAE1, ADNP, and LSM14A. Each is linked with URI1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both URI1-to-partner and partner-to-URI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, URI1 versus SAE1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (URI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→URI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
