URI1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, URI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,329 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible URI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGFB1I1, ANGPTL2, and LMOD1. Each is linked with URI1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both URI1-to-partner and partner-to-URI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, URI1 versus TGFB1I1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (URI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→URI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
