URI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, URI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,790 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible URI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ21, RNU6-1127P, and TRGV1. Each is linked with URI1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both URI1-to-partner and partner-to-URI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ21 grouped by URI1-low versus URI1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (URI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→URI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
