Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UQCRH Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UQCRH data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher UQCRH Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UQCRH expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD are the cancer types where UQCRH Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
