Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UQCRFS1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UQCRFS1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher UQCRFS1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UQCRFS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KICH, ESCA, and STAD are the cancer types where UQCRFS1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
