Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UQCRC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,070 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UQCRC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNJ8, BICC1, and TREM1. Each is linked with UQCRC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UQCRC2-to-partner and partner-to-UQCRC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UQCRC2 versus KCNJ8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UQCRC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UQCRC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
