UQCRC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UQCRC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 822 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UQCRC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP72, RNA5SP136, and HNRNPA3P16. Each is linked with UQCRC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UQCRC2-to-partner and partner-to-UQCRC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP72 grouped by UQCRC2-low versus UQCRC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UQCRC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UQCRC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
