Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UQCRB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,423 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UQCRB-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEXN, PMP22, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with UQCRB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UQCRB-to-partner and partner-to-UQCRB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UQCRB versus NEXN in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UQCRB→partner) and Y-score (partner→UQCRB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
