Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UQCRB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 409 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UQCRB-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP19-7, SNRPGP17, and MIR6864. Each is linked with UQCRB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UQCRB-to-partner and partner-to-UQCRB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP19-7 grouped by UQCRB-low versus UQCRB-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UQCRB→partner) and Y-score (partner→UQCRB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
