Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UQCR11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UQCR11 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher UQCR11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UQCR11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA are the cancer types where UQCR11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
