UQCR11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UQCR11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,593 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UQCR11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDLBP, SPCS3, and SRP19. Each is linked with UQCR11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UQCR11-to-partner and partner-to-UQCR11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UQCR11 versus HDLBP in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UQCR11→partner) and Y-score (partner→UQCR11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
