Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UQCR11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,104 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UQCR11-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGMN, CYTH4, and STAB1. Each is linked with UQCR11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UQCR11-to-partner and partner-to-UQCR11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UQCR11 versus LGMN in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UQCR11→partner) and Y-score (partner→UQCR11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
