Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UQCR11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UQCR11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4804, RNA5SP327, and RNU6-662P. Each is linked with UQCR11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UQCR11-to-partner and partner-to-UQCR11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4804 grouped by UQCR11-low versus UQCR11-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UQCR11→partner) and Y-score (partner→UQCR11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
