Across TCGA cell cohorts, UQCR11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,978 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UQCR11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient, Electron transport coupled proton transport, and Mitochondrial electron transport, ubiquinol to cytochrome c. Each is linked with UQCR11 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UQCR11-to-partner and partner-to-UQCR11 results are reported.
