UQCR11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UQCR11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 610 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UQCR11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYLK2, MADD, and RDH5. Each is linked with UQCR11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UQCR11-to-partner and partner-to-UQCR11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UQCR11 versus MYLK2 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UQCR11→partner) and Y-score (partner→UQCR11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
