Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UQCC2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UQCC2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher UQCC2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UQCC2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SKCM are the cancer types where UQCC2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
