UQCC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UQCC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,768 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UQCC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM3, ABCF1, and DAXX. Each is linked with UQCC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UQCC2-to-partner and partner-to-UQCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UQCC2 versus MCM3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UQCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UQCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
