UQCC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UQCC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,651 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UQCC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UQCC1, ERGIC3, and CARD6. Each is linked with UQCC2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UQCC2-to-partner and partner-to-UQCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UQCC2 versus UQCC1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UQCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UQCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
