Across TCGA cell cohorts, UQCC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,386 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UQCC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein peptidyl-prolyl isomerization, Cerebral cortex radially oriented cell migration, and Protein localization to plasma membrane. Each is linked with UQCC2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UQCC2-to-partner and partner-to-UQCC2 results are reported.
