Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPRT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,309 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UPRT-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD27-AS1, TERF1P7, and CDKN3. Each is linked with UPRT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPRT-to-partner and partner-to-UPRT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UPRT versus CD27-AS1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPRT→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPRT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
