UPP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,368 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSN, NCF2, and UPP1_S61. Each is linked with UPP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPP1-to-partner and partner-to-UPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
