Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,975 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRB1, CD86, and TREM1. Each is linked with UPP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPP1-to-partner and partner-to-UPP1 results are reported.
